These “General Terms and Conditions” govern the relationship between “Joy Yoga” Ltd, UIC: 205849454 (hereinafter referred to as rumyanageorgieva.bg) on the one hand and the users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain rumyanageorgieva.bg (hereinafter referred to as the site). These terms are binding on all users. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of rumyanageorgieva.bg (except for the link to the setting “Terms and Conditions”), the user agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these “Terms and Conditions”.

The personal data that rumyanageorgieva.bg receives upon registration will be used in accordance with “Privacy Policy” and the “Privacy Policy” of “Joy Yoga” Ltd. The main use of the collected data is the acceptance and execution of orders, the delivery of information in the form of a newsletter and contact with users in case of problems related to the order.
RESERVATION
Bookings are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays, via the automated platform startbooking.com. When finalizing your reservation, you have the opportunity to view the services you are purchasing and their prices, your name, e-mail and payment method. Once the booking is finalised, you will receive a confirmation with the same information to the e-mail address you have provided. You will be notified by e-mail or phone about each stage of the booking process (confirmation of an available therapy appointment, link for an online zoom session, etc.).
BOOKING PRICE
The final price of the reservation is calculated as the sum of the prices of the ordered services. All prices are final and not subject to change from the time of booking until the time of payment. In case of technical errors in the publication of prices rumyanageorgieva.bg has the right to refuse the reservation and does not owe compensation in any way to the user. rumyanageorgieva.bg is obliged to refund the amount if it has been prepaid.
PROBLEMS WITH THE RESERVATION
Your reservation may be prevented from being fulfilled for any of the following reasons:
1. Urgent commitments of the psychotherapist – Rumyana Georgieva and/or illness, accident and/or other circumstance that does not allow the session to be held online and/or in person; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible to refund the amount paid and/or to arrange another date and time for the service.
2. No payment (delay in payment) has been made by the consumer.
3. The user has specified an invalid time or day – out of hours or otherwise. The startbooking.com system limits the selection of such a date and time, but theoretically there is the possibility of technical errors or incorrect validation against Google Calendar integrations.
4. Lack of a valid e-mail for contacting the user.
In the event of any problems with the booking due to our fault, any additional costs are our responsibility.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. Payment by debit/credit card through the stripe payment system. Payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION
Any user (individual) has the right to cancel the reservation and make a new reservation at a mutually convenient date and time up to 24 hours before the original reservation without compensation or penalty and without giving a reason. In case of cancellation within 24 hours rumyanageorgieva.bg will not refund the amount paid and/or change the date and time of the session.
DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
In the event of situations arising in connection with unsettled issues, the customer has the right to address the disputed questions to our associate at the address indicated for correspondence.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
All services offered at rumyanageorgieva.bg are provided by Rumyana Georgieva – Certified IFS Therapy Practitioner.
